In addition to artistic work, I engage in occasional curatorial, teaching and mentoring work.
I previously lectured at the National College of Art and Design, Dublin (Department of Sculpture and Expanded Practice) and was external examiner for MA Social Practice and the Creative Environment, Limerick School of Art and Design. I have been a guest lecturer at the Sandberg Institute, Amsterdam, Dutch Art Institute, Arnhem, the Netherlands, and Nykarleby Svenska Konstskolan, Finland, as well as other institutions in Ireland. My research and teaching interests focus on feminist epistemology, sensory difference, disability justice, and socially-engaged art. I’m currently associate artist in residence with UCD College of Social Sciences and Law.
